主賓？は３歳児。とにかくよく食べてくれたから、気に入ってくれた様で、良かったネ。

81才とは先進国では最早、大往生とは言えませんが、その生涯の中でこれだけアジア(日本でもFC経営で多店舗展開中)で愛されるレストランになったのは一重に、亡きオーナーの類稀なるチキンライスにかける情熱と愛情のみならず、下記、記事にも見られる、そのお人柄に負う所が大きい様にお見受けします。
シンガポール赴任中も帰国後も、美味しいチキンライスを楽しませてくれてどうも有難うございました！

Today marks an emotional and sad day for all of us at WNK.
We are deeply sadden with the passing on of our Founder, Mr Wee Toon Ouut, aged 81.
More commonly known as Senior Wee, his warm smile and sincere personality will be missed by all.
“Mum cooks with passion out of concern for their children, and I always tell my chefs to do the same for our customers”.... Senior Wee leaves behind a legacy. A legacy that all of us will continue to uphold and preserve.Rest In Peace, Towkay!
