最近住吉駅前に出来たラーメン屋(初トライ)で昼をとってから娘の迎え。
鰯&アゴ節のきいたクリアな鶏ガラスープは、少し塩味がキツイ感じながら美味。
青森の本店はきっともっと美味しいんでしょうね。

Tried the newly-opened ramen shop near my house. Its soy-sauce-based soup, a mixture of chicken stock and broth of dried sardine and dried flying fish was rather clear in color and tasty though a little bit salty.
Guess the franchiser's original shop in Aomori might be nicer.
