#七草粥 を作ってみる。
スーパーの七草セットは割高だけど世話がない。
当たり前だがアッサリし過ぎてて、自分好みの塩加減にしたら、塩分摂りすぎになるので、かえって胃に悪いじゃんと思ったところ、
弟のお土産があった事を思い出して加えてみたら、これが大ヒット。
七草ならぬ八草？
Tried cooking the Japanese traditional rice porridge with seven herbs.
Not bad😎.
Found it much better with rice seasoning of ginger flake which is my younger brother's souvenir and maybe it helped me avoid taking too much salt.
